Since I am on the petite side and my husband is a little more on the hefty side we did a lot of research to find a sturdy ladder. We decided to try this one and am so thankful we did! This ladder is amazingly sturdy and even our dogs like to get in and out on it!! Shipping was also very speedy and the customer service rep I called to verify weight capability was extremely helpful and courteous! Thank you Spa Sauna Direct!!
